This Motorsport NZ-accredited course is ideal for those wanting to start their journey into the world of Rallying. Whether you are a complete beginner or someone who has a Rally Car in the shed ready to go - Come and spend the weekend with us learning all you need to know to sit your First Rally License and get some seat time in our 2WD and 4WD Mitsubishi Rally Cars.
Finish the day in the passenger seat while your instructor takes you for a run around the circuit at full rally pace!
Suitable for drivers aged 15 years and over - those under 18 need written parental permission.
Day One : Waerenga (10 minutes from Maramarua Forest Sunday Venue) 10am - 3pm
The morning theory session will focus on:
Safety
Navigation skills
Preparation & driving techniques.
The afternoon practical session covers:
Grass Motorkhana & Autocross events
A touring stage.
Day Two : Maramarua Forest 9am-3pm
Drive the rally cars on a real forest gravel stage with an experienced tutor in the passenger seat for 6 runs.
Enjoy both smooth and twisty surfaces on a real rally stage.
Take the passenger seat while your instructor takes you for a blast around the stage at full rally pace.
Fully Catered, lunch, snacks, and drinks provided for both days - please advise us of any dietary requirements.
